Chancellor Hattersley Lloyd has a professional board of directors and management, with considerable experience researching and advising on equities. Senior Managers are directors and shareholders.

Gillis Broinowski, Chairman of Chancellor Hattersley Lloyd and Managing Director of the 40% shareholder Vielun Pty Limited, is active in the management of Chancellor Equity Management and has over 30 years experience in investing in equities and in administering individual equity portfolios. These portfolios are now advised and administered by Chancellor Hattersley Lloyd.

Simon Cooper, Managing Director and Portfolio Adviser, has 40 years experience in the securities industry, including investment management and sharebroking experience. Previously he has held the positions of Investment Manager with the Mercantile Mutual Group and the NZI Insurance Group. Simon has also worked in investment or portfolio management positions with merchant banks and management positions with several stockbrokers. Simon's family share portfolios are advised and administered by Chancellor Hattersley Lloyd.

Max Chambers, General Manager Administration and Portfolio Adviser, has 35 years experience in the securities industry, including the Administration and Operations Manager of Goldman Sachs J B Were, (previously J B Were) a leading Australian stockbroker.
